Morgan & Nicole first met in 2018 when they were co-workers each successfully managing their respective departments. After years of wondering why there was no "one stop shop" for finding a quality wedding planner, they decided to go to lunch and discuss. One conversation led to another, and the Wedding Agency had been formed! They chose to pursue their dreams by making YOURS come to life. Between these two ladies, they have a combined weddings and events count of 5,000+ ranging from weddings to corporate retreats and even an MTV Reality Show! Morgan's wedding strengths vary from managing a private wedding estate to being a Director of Sales & Catering at a top North County hotel & resort (did we mention room block aficionado?!). Nicole's weddings strengths vary from 5-star restaurant event planning to Director of Banquets (let's not forget execution expert!). Look no further, you do not have ONE person to represent you, but TWO with this Team.
Morgan first came to San Diego when she was 8 years old as her family moved here from the big island of Hawaii. They settled in Valley Center where she was content living the country life until attending the University of Southern California where she double majored in American Lit & Communication. Morgan has enjoyed executing thousands of successful weddings and events in the 10+ years she has been in the wedding and hospitality industry.

Morgan has held the titles of Private Wedding Estate Manager, Catering Sales Manager, Senior Weddings Manager, Group Sales Manager and Director of Sales & Catering. Morgan is an industry professional who loves to share her knowledge with Wedding Agency San Diego couples. Morgan is proud to be married to the love of her life Wayne.
Nicole has worked in hospitality her whole life. She grew up in central California and attended college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she obtained her bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in special event planning. This was where the seed was planted for her love of event planning. After college she decided to ditch the heat and headed to San Diego. Soon after moving she met her husband Phil, and they began their journey together. Nicole has worked in all areas of hospitality and knows exactly how to plan and execute any wedding. After her role as Director of Banquets for 5 years, she decided that she wanted more. Her and Morgan worked side by side for years and after putting their minds together Wedding Agency San Diego was born!
